I recently met Jeremy in the parts department over a water heater issue I was trying to solve myself. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and despite there policy of not accepting returns on electrical components he allowed me to return a component that was very pricey without any hassle. I will say the part was in its original packaging and was clearly new and returned same day. I actually expected some difficulty when I returned the part and was really pleased to have no resistance.
