Our RV Rental Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we do. We require a $1000 reservation deposit which then becomes your damage deposit upon your departure. Your deposit is refundable at the termination of your rental if the vehicle is returned on time – complete with all equipment, undamaged and clean.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash/Debit or Travellers Cheques for payment.
When you return the RV to us all we ask is that you:
- Fill The Gas Tank(s)
- Fill The Propane
- Empty The Holding Tanks
- Leave The Unit Reasonably Tidy
That’s it… You’re done! We hope you’ve had a fantastic and memorable time on your vacation.
Yes, unfortunately. If you cancel your booking time from the original booking date to 15 days prior to departure – $250 CDN.
- Up To 15 Days From Departure – $250 CAD Funds.
- 14 Days Or Less From Departure – $500 CAD Funds.
We encourage all customers to carefully plan their dates accordingly to reduce the need for cancellations however we also understand that sometimes life happens as well.
Minimum Rental Duration: We rent our units out based on a 7 days minimum rental. There are no refunds for early return or unused Km’s.
Minimum Age Requirement:You must be 21 years of age minimum and possess a valid driver’s license. There are no special licenses required to operate our rental RV’s.
Alaska and Mexico Travel: Alaskan travel must be reserved in advance and will incur additional charges. We DO NOT permit our RV’s to travel in Mexico, Death Valley or downtown New York.
Long Term Rental Discount:You will receive 5% off the daily rates for all bookings that are 21 days or longer.
One Way Drop Offs:Victoria + $300 or Nanaimo = $150 / CAD Funds with a minimum 2 week rental. We can arrange other drop offs on an as-needed basis for your convenience but they will be quoted at a different rate.
