We wanted to send you and all of your very professional staff, a deep felt thank you for all your help and service on our recent purchase of our new Jayco Swift bunkhouse travel trailer. We are thrilled with it and we felt very taken care of by Kevin, Ken, Larry, and Ian, with all the time and effort involved in purchasing our trailer. Then when it came time for the inspection and walk through, we had a fabulous time with Doug, who showed us all that one could know about our new trailer! He answered all of our questions and he had a lot of good tips that we didn’t even think about, that will save us a lot of problems in the future. What a great team you have! Barry was also so helpful in the parts department. We were thrilled with all of your service and will recommend your Business to everyone, as well as of course how wonderful out trailer is!

We just purchased our first RV and Mark at Big Boy's Toys made sure that no questions were left unanswered. New to the RV world, he was excited to show us around and spent hours helping us find what we were looking for and explaining it all thoroughly. Mark's knowledge, honesty and consideration to what we were wanting, plus his genuine pride in the product, made our decision less difficult. For several years we have been looking forward to a cross-Canada camping trip. As we planned our trip last winter, one of the decisions we made was to upgrade our travel trailer. We headed down to the RV show and were very impressed with the personal attention we received from Kevin at the RV display and especially liked the Travel Trailers set up for the show. We decided to buy one.
To add to the excitement of purchasing a new trailer, we were surprised a few days after the show to get a call and say we were the winners of a box at a hockey game! We, and a bunch of our family and friends, joined Kevin and the General Manager to enjoy a great evening of fun, food and drink.
They were excited for us and really went out of their way to ensure everything was in order with our trailer for our big trip. They did not disappoint us and we enjoyed three months of wonderful camping across Canada. The trip was everything we had ever hoped for and more...
We arrived home and returned with a few warranty items that came up on our trip. Again, they made sure that everything has been fully taken care of to our full satisfaction.
We will enjoy our new travel trailer for many years to come and we are very glad to know that Kevin will be there to ensure our trailer is always ready to go when we are.

To Kevin, Just a quick note to let you know how very much we enjoyed meeting you and appreciated the wealth of information that you shared with us regarding trailers. Trailers are a new experience for Allan and I and you have made it an enjoyable learning experience.
