Gail has lived on Vancouver Island most of her life and in 2007 began working with Big Boy's Toys. She has always enjoyed working with the public & giving the best of friendly solid customer service. Steve Miller
Steve joined Big Boy’s Toys in mid-March and is looking forward to getting to know our customers and assisting them with all of their RV service needs. His father was a pioneer in the RV business in Canada, and Steve learned about trailers at a very early age, joining the family business after high school. He spent most of the next 15 years with his father’s company, selling and servicing trailers and motor homes in both Sidney and Nanaimo. Married to his wife Julie, they have three boys ages 17, 19 and 21. Besides RV’ing all over Vancouver Island, Steve also enjoys golfing and boating.

Clay loves to go camping with his wife and 3 children, and as our service advisor is dedicated to helping you RV too. He is an avid fisher and hunter in the local area too. With seven years experience as a service manager in the marine industry and being a journeyman mechanic for nearly 30 years, Clay has the know-how to get you back on the road fast.

A true classic car enthusiast, Ken has a 1964 Corvette Stingray. He enjoys both cycling and boating and has been on Vancouver Island since 1990. He has spent years of weekends and holidays camping with his family as they grew up and values those memories even today.
